These terms are between you and [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we"), which provides this app for your trading group. Please also read the risk warning and the privacy notice.
1. Who can use the app
You must be 18 or over and allowed to trade leveraged products where you live. One account per person.
2. Not advice
Everything in the app is general information, not personal financial advice. You decide whether to trade and you're responsible for your trades.
3. Your trading account
Your broker holds your money and executes your trades under their own terms. Linking MT5 lets the app place the orders you ask for (Copy trade) or set up (automatic copying). You can unlink it at any time. Copy trading features are only offered once our regulatory permissions are in place.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel at any time from Your account → Plan → Manage subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. You have 14 days to cancel a new subscription for a refund, unless you've asked to start using paid features straight away and accept that this ends the right to cancel. Prices are shown before you pay. App-store purchases follow the store's own refund rules.
5. The chat
Be respectful. No links, promotion, scams, impersonation, sharing other people's personal data, or giving others personal financial advice. Moderators can remove messages, and mute or suspend accounts.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the app running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, delayed or have errors, and signals or copied trades may be missed or late. Always be able to manage your trades directly in MT5.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise we aren't liable for trading losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your broker, your internet connection or third-party services, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
9. Changes and law
We'll tell you in the app before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; you can also bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
